[Chugalug] [OT] Texas Judge gives Patent Troll an Ultimatum

The company in court of a patent troll, and its come out that one of their 'offices' was nothing more than a closet with a landlord who would sign the papers.

The judge basically wants the patent troll to explain their entire setup and how this was legal.

That is awesome.  I wish more judges would put the burden of proof on the plaintiff instead of the defendant in patent troll cases.
